ut som följer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 min av tgu med 24kg. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 min av goblet squat och staggered stance row. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avslut med 10 ronder 20 sec på, 40 sec av med 2h swings 32kg. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Känslan? Sjukt trött på slutet vilket är gött. type='text'>1000 swings challenge revisited.</title><content type='html'>Idag var det dags för 1000 swings challenge igen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Och det är som följer 1000 swings på kortast möjliga tid.&lt;br /&gt;Med antingen 24kg eller 16kgs kettlebell.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vid Jul förra året lyckades jag med målet att komma under en timma, närmare bestämt 50min.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Idag var målet under 50 min och helst på 40min alltså 25reps/min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Och jag LYCKADES!&lt;br /&gt;Sjukt skön känsla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu är jag mest trött.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FSQ x5&lt;br /&gt;DPP x5&lt;br /&gt;FSQ x5&lt;br /&gt;4 set med 2min vila mellan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eftermiddags pass:&lt;br /&gt;Blev ute med polarna i deras lokal.&lt;br /&gt;Lite sw rull, lite fys. Testade TRX för första gången kändes riktigt bra.&lt;br /&gt;Satte 40 atomic pushups på första försöket.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tisdags passet:&lt;br /&gt;Blev 5 x 2,4,6 Long Cycles med 2x24kg.&lt;br /&gt;Samt pistoler med 2x16kgs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tisdag eftermiddag, Onsdag och torsdag paddlades det kajak runt hisingen island.&lt;br /&gt;Det var en pärs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fredag /&gt;Såg som följer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DCL x5&lt;br /&gt;DMP x5&lt;br /&gt;FSQ x5&lt;br /&gt;DPP x5&lt;br /&gt;FSQ x5&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;x4 set med 2 min mellan varje sett.&lt;br /&gt;Körde type='text'>Wow!</title><content type='html'>Dagens träning blev kort men go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Startade med 2xTGU per sida med 40kg.&lt;br /&gt;Det var tungt men gött som tusan.&lt;br /&gt;Det är en maktkänsla att vinna över järnet helt klart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fortsatte med 5x1 Pushpressar med 40kg varvat med 20 swings, 40 snatches och avsluta med 20 swings / set.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vart helt slut efter 5 omgångar så jag belönade mig med 5x6 powerwheel rullar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gött det kommer känns imon :D.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Power to you!&lt;div type='text'>Äntligen träning.</title><content type='html'>Kom hem från jobb i Miami idag.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Var tvungen att åka direkt till kontoret, så jag var gött sleten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Men jag fick klämt av 200 snatchar med 24kg och 100 swingar med 32kg innan jag gav mig.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det är gött att vara hemma i Sverige igen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Power to &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;rull&lt;/span&gt; på klubben.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Kettlebell&lt;/span&gt; träningen blev som följer 3x1,2,3 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Clean&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Pushpress&lt;/span&gt; 40kg och 5x6 alternerande &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;presses&lt;/span&gt; 24kg. Riktigt gött att hantera 40&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;kgs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sen vart lite rulla med Joel, Johannes och Tim innan bastun hägrade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Efter det så bar det av till Kungälv och lite gött häng på &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Ish&lt;/span&gt; idag.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Men hade tappat en valk i tisdags så jag var tvungen att skippa det då det inte var tillräckligt läkt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Körde följande istället 5x60 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;snatches&lt;/span&gt; 20kg 3x60 16kg 2x1o 24kg.&lt;br /&gt;500 på dryga 40min, bara för att vänja underarmarna vid många reps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det blev en &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;go&lt;/span&gt; Jag drog till jobbet en sväng och gjorde lite nytta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lördagen blev följande:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7x5 Db Kb 24kgs.&lt;br /&gt;10x10 S Swings med 40kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kort och konsist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Söndag  var definitvt lite mer effektiv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Körde Kb och lite 10th planet drills.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10x10 Db Kb Cleans.&lt;br Är allt jag säger.&lt;br /&gt;Sicken träningshelg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hårdaste på länge.&lt;br /&gt;Lördagens skörd blev snatch test på tid, kravet?
